Engr. Panir Alam Howlader is a qualified civil engineer with professional expertise in civil and structural engineering. His engineering background combines practical construction knowledge with advanced structural engineering principles, allowing him to contribute effectively throughout different stages of a project.

He began his academic journey with a Diploma in Civil Engineering, developing practical knowledge of construction methods, site execution and fundamental engineering principles. He subsequently completed his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, further strengthening his capabilities in structural analysis, engineering design and project coordination.

He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Structural Engineering, providing advanced knowledge in structural design, seismic analysis and modern engineering practices. Through Mamata Associate, he leads projects with an emphasis on technical accuracy, responsible engineering and professional project delivery.
